The following Terms and Conditions shall be noted as; GoChef (GC), Users (U), Sub-Merchant or Service Provider (SP).
I AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, DISCLAIMER AS MY USER AGREEMENT BEFORE USE THAT THIS AGREEMENT CAN BE USED IN THE COURT OF LAW.
GC is not responsible for ANY legal or health related issues that may arise with interactions, environment involvement or consumption with our independent service providers within the (GC) network. (GC) is loaning me as a (SP) or (U) the (GC) platform and vast resources to safely and responsibly utilize (GC) in a healthy professional manner, not intended for abuse. (GC) has gone to extreme lengths to ensure a safe healthy and reliable environment for our (SP) and our customers user experience. However if a disagreement does happen, (GC) will serve as a liaison between two parties, with verifiable documentation, but nothing more. (GC) processes payments with Braintree a Paypal company. (GC) retains 20% service charge from each transaction providing (SP) with a 80% earnings from each transaction. (U) are using (GC) at their own discretion. (GC) is operating under all of the required statues of the Digital Dining Commission.
